Yesterday came the threat of snow. Yes, snow. Keep in mind it was sixty degrees here on sunday!
It snowed in Tacoma (where I work), even as far west as Port Orchard. All yesterday. The weather definitely cooled off and made it very brisk outside.
Tonight they're talking about the Olympia area (about forty-five minutes south of Lewis depending on what time of day you drive), the coast (two hours west), further north, and closer to the mountains. Only just traces and slush, thank goodness! I would not like to see any snow this year.
Basically I don't know about this groundhog giving us more weeks of winter. I think this is much more amusing. And hey, while you're watching that, watch this. Some good YouTube vids from Superbowl time which I think are hilarious.
Stay warm out there!
